The UK-headquartered fund manager rounded off fundraising for Stafford Infrastructure Secondaries Fund II (SISF II) on EUR 400m, above its initial EUR 250m target.
The fund secured LP commitments from 20 European, US and Canadian investors, including the European Investment Fund.
The fund will invest in yielding infrastructure funds, targeting Europe (60%), North America (20%) and Australia (20%).
To-date Stafford Capital Partners have committed approximately EUR 100m from SISIF II to six investments.
Jasmin Capital advised on the fundraise, while Wedlake Bell (UK), are providing legal advice.
Stafford Capital Partners now have USD 5.5bn in assets under management from over 80 institutional investors across the infrastructure, timber, agriculture, private equity, sustainability, venture capital and credit sectors.
