As part of its ongoing growth, Jasmin Capital is expanding its team with the addition of four new talents:
- Paul Mergier joined Jasmin Capital in November 2024 as Chief Operating Officer. Previously, he worked as a lawyer in the private equity and funds’ structuring departments of Jones Day and Chammas & Marcheteau and as Head of Legal at the venture capital firm OneRagtime. He holds a Master’s degree from Université Paris-Sud, in partnership with EDHEC Business School, and is a graduate of the Paris Bar School (EFB).
- Gianmarco Prota joined Jasmin Capital in March 2025 as a Vice President within the Coverage team. An Italian national, he worked at Tikehau Capital in the Investor Relations team and held roles at Ardian and Amundi. He holds an MSc in Corporate Financial Management from SKEMA Business School.
- Lucas Corbeau joined Jasmin Capital in October 2024 as an Associate within the Advisory team. He previously worked in private markets investment advisory at placement agent Athos Partners and in the secondary team at Campbell Lutyens in Paris and London. He holds an MSc in Corporate Financial Management from SKEMA Business School.
- Lucie Carayon joined Jasmin Capital in January 2025 as an Analyst within the Advisory team. She previously worked in internationalization consulting at ALTIOS International in Mexico and in M&A at Groupe Vidi and Crédit Suisse in Paris. She is a graduate of the Grande Ecole program at HEC Paris.
Furthermore, as part of Jasmin Capital’s strong commitment to recognizing internal talent, two team members have been promoted:
- Marthe Fahre, who joined Jasmin Capital in 2022, is now a Vice President within the Coverage team. Norwegian, she has worked as a sustainable finance analyst in Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB) and has experience working on international business expansion projects for scale-ups. She holds a MSc from NTNU (Norwegian University of Science and Technology) and from l’Ecole des Mines de Paris.
- Selma Guermah, who joined Jasmin Capital in 2024, is now a Vice President within the Advisory team. Prior to this position, Selma worked for 4 years in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at Lazard Frères Gestion. She is also a graduate of the ESCP Grande Ecole Program.
With these new hires and promotions, Jasmin Capital now boasts a team of 20 professionals from 8 different nationalities, including 3 Partners, 3 Directors, and 5 Vice Presidents.
