Jasmin Capital has appointed Gilles Morel as Head of Secondaries and Marie Baudet-Plazolles as Head of Project Management.
Gilles Morel and Marie Baudet-Plazolles both joined the Placement Agent business within the Project Management team last year, as Head of Project Management and Deputy Director respectively.
Gilles Morel previously occupied the position of Executive Director of the Equity Capital Markets team at Natixis (a French Corporate and Investment Bank). Gilles began his career at ODDO BHF (a Franco-German financial services institution) in the Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets departments. He holds a Master’s degree from ESCP Europe Business School.
Marie Baudet-Plazolles previously occupied the position of Vice President of the Corporate M&A department of ICADE (a listed Real Estate Company). She also worked in London in the Investor Relations team of MARK Capital Management and in the Investment Banking department of William Blair. Marie graduated from IE Business School Madrid.
